Requirement :

 

1. Payroll Processing and Troubleshooting

Scenario: You?ve run the payroll process for a particular pay cycle, but the
results show that a group of employees has incorrect deductions. How would you
troubleshoot this issue? What steps would you take to ensure the deductions are
correct in the next payroll run?

Key Skills: Payroll troubleshooting, error analysis, understanding of
deduction tables and rules.

2. Retroactive Payroll Adjustments

Scenario: An employee received a promotion two months ago, but the salary
change was not reflected in the payroll. How would you handle a retroactive pay
