Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls and provide effective solutions
Perform cold calling to engage with potential clients
Achieve and surpass daily/weekly/monthly targets
Maintain a solid understanding of process metallogeny and deliver accurate information
Work independently while contributing to team goals
Maintain high standards of professionalism and service
Key Skills Required:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
Knowledge: Understanding of process metallogeny (training provided for freshers)
Target Orientation: Ability to work according to targets and under pressure
Independence: Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Experience: Previous experience in customer handling or cold calling is a plus, but not mandatory for freshers
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers: Open to candidates with no prior experience but with a willingness to learn
Experienced Candidates: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are beneficial
