House Cleaner

Job Description:

As a House Cleaner at Mercer Cleaning Company, your role is essential in delivering high-quality cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces, to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Use and maintain cleaning equipment properly, ensuring that all tools and supplies are handled safely and efficiently.
Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Follow all company safety guidelines, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure all cleaning needs are met and any concerns are addressed promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace, and uphold the company’s values of professionalism and customer service.


Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent results.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and products is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
