Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $16.00 - $16.50 / hour
What you'll be doing as anLeasing Consultant:

Interacting with residents, both existing and potential on behalf of the customer.
Assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease renewals.
Work with the maintenance team addressing work orders for the property

Available shifts:
Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) &2nd Shift (Evening)
Job requirements:

Valid driver's license
Ability to commute within Fresno / Clovis area with own vehicle
Sales related role.
1 year customer service
Strong computer skills
Interacting with existing and potential residents.
Assist with views / tours of property, process rental applications, secure lease agreements, new lease renewals.
Background Check Required
Drug Test Required
