Job Description:

As a Non-Medical Home Health Care Worker, you will provide essential support to clients in their own homes. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment, and offering companionship. This position requires a caring and dependable individual who is committed to delivering high-quality care and maintaining the dignity of those in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support with light housekeeping duties, such as meal preparation, laundry, and maintaining a clean living space.
• Aid with mobility and transfers, including assistance with walking, getting in and out of bed, and using mobility aids.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
