We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Assistant to join our team in Northriding. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time. This position involves coordinating with various departments, preparing and organizing dispatch documents, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or certification in logistics or supply chain management
Minimum of 2 years experience within a warehouse, logistics, or dispatch environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Familiarity with dispatch software/systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and organizing dispatch documentation, including picklists.
Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments to ensure goods are dispatched on time.
Track shipments and maintain accurate status records.
Liaise with clients and transport companies to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any dispatch-related issues.
Maintain comprehensive records of all dispatched goods, ensuring all documentation is filed correctly.
Support daily dispatch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle any ad hoc administrative tasks related to dispatch operations.
