Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $22 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Maintenance Mechanic:

• Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
• Performs scheduled and regular preventative maintenance repairs on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Performs mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Uses a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detects faulty operations, defective material and reports those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Maintains production areas, maintenance shop, and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Maintains and repairs facility equipment including, but not limited to, air condition units, restrooms, lighting/electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Maintains company required performance and maintenance records for production equipment.
• Prepares written reports for management to answer and report findings and pending decision and/or changes as needed.
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment, through periodic on call availability during all plant operating hours.
• Provide pareto analysis of deviations from production schedule
• Lead weekly production inventory counts
