Vehicle Information:
• Drive one of our 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworth trucks.
• Average haul length exceeds 600 miles.

Generous Vacation Package:
• Take advantage of an impressive vacation plan, including:
o 1 week after 1 year
o 2 weeks after 3 years
o 3 weeks after 7 years
o 4 weeks after 15 years
Attractive Pay and Incentives:
• $.49 to $.60 per mile (depending on experience)
• Detention Pay: Earn $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: Receive $100 per day.
• Mileage Bonus: Qualify for a bonus of 3 CPM based on Safety, Mileage, & Productivity, starting the month after you’re hired.
What You'll Do
• Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
• Load and unload cargo
• Properly track and document activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect truck before and after trips
What You Need
• Previous experience in truck driving (3 months Minimum)
• Commercial (Class A) driver's license
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic
