Job Description:
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health and stability of the company. They will work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies, analyze financial data, and make recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgets
- Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel

Benefits:
-The base salary for this position is a minimum of $111,000 and a maximum of $145,000 plus an annual bonus of 15%
