As an intern in the Human Resources department, duties will include assisting in our tasks, co-ordinating the team’s daily hiring procedures such as administrative interviews, keeping employment records, and generating reports. These responsibilities in turn, we expect will improve your organizational and communication proficiencies as well as afford you a global view of the HR recruitment process. While you learn with us, our dedicated staff will assist you with options available to increase your proficiency. We encourage you to ask questions, seek feedback, and be proactive in your learning.

•HR INTERN JOB BRIEF:-
We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities. HR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in HR and getting a closer look at how our company approaches payroll, recruiting, and employee development, we’d like to meet you.

•REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
1. You must be a student, or fresher or have experience less than one year, in any undergraduate program.
2. You must have basic English conversational proficiency.
3. You shall have the willingness to work and be adaptive to learn an implement skills and thoughts.
4. You must follow the organizational pattern and be attentive overall.

•ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INTERN:-
1. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
2. Screening Potential employee's resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates. {Avoid any biases in the processes, such as past experience, sexual orientation, and gender identity biases, among others, to ensure the company remains an equal-opportunity employer}
3. Organising Telephonic Interviews with Shortlisted Candidates.
4. Update our internal database with new candidates' information, including contact and hiring details.
5. Update your work on GOOGLE FORM by the end of the day.
6. Training the team and getting connected with them.
7. Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
8. Provide at least 2 hours each day (6 days a week) for the tasks given.
9. Develop relationships with universities and colleges for the arrangement of intern programs.
