Position Overview:

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Travel Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key to making our clients' travel dreams come true. You'll utilize your expertise in travel planning, customer service, and industry knowledge to curate bespoke travel experiences that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget, providing expert advice and recommendations.
Trip Planning: Design and book comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other vendors to secure the best deals and ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or changes that arise before, during, or after travel.
Market Research: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to offer fresh and relevant advice.
Sales & Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling travel packages, upselling services, and nurturing client relationships.
Qualifications:

Experience:
Knowledge: Familiarity with travel destinations, global travel regulations
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
Passion: A genuine love for travel and a desire to help others create unforgettable experiences.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or a degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
