The Position: Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative at Wisemonk, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact. By identifying and engaging potential partners, you'll be the frontline of our mission, connecting businesses with the talent they need to thrive. Your efforts in lead generation, market analysis, and relationship building will fuel our growth and help redefine global hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation through strategic research, outbound efforts, and nurturing inbound leads.
Collaborate with our sales team to refine and implement effective strategies.
Engage prospects through targeted outreach, presenting Wisemonk as the premier EOR solution.
Foster relationships across all levels of target customer segments, ensuring a smooth transition to our sales team.
Who You Are:
A motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for connecting companies with top talent.
Excellent communication skills, with a knack for persuasive, clear email and campaign writing.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adaptable to rapid changes.
Experience in HR, fintech, or a fast-growing startup is a plus, especially in a remote and distributed team setting.
