Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative at Dimenzuri-InfinityCX, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary role will be to provide outstanding service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will manage various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat via our portal.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome.
Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
Continuously improve customer service skills through training and feedback.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the finance industry is a plus.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
