Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Project Management who will be instrumental in leading and driving the successful completion of a diverse array of projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within the allocated budget.

This role is pivotal in evolving our project management practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the successful execution of projects, emphasizing timely completion within budget.
- Innovate and refine project management methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance productivity and outcomes.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to a team of 6 project managers, fostering an environment of high performance.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to establish clear project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Oversee the development and management of detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Lead project status meetings and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders through regular updates.
- Ensure strict adherence to established project management standards, policies, and protocols.
- Proactively track project progress, identify potential risks and challenges, and devise and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing process enhancement opportunities.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in managing complex fixture and casework millwork projects.
- Demonstrable capability in navigating and resolving complex project challenges confidently.
- A strong drive for spearheading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evidence of leadership skills that contribute to team success.
- Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in using project management software tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with experience in financial reporting and managing project budgets.

Essential Qualifications:
- Significant experience (5+ years) in managing complex fixture and casework millwork projects is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges with confidence.
- A fervent passion for continuous improvement.
