o Experience: At least 2 years of working in managerial position;
o Salary: ranging from £38,000 to £42,000 plus seasonal bonus opportunity;
o Working days / hours: 37.5 to 40 hours in a week
o Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday, uniform and meals on duty

Duties:
1. Oversee restaurant operations.
2. Instruct and supervise staff.
3. Schedule staff shifts.
4. Manage phone and delivery orders.
5. Coordinate online orders with kitchen.
6. Ensure health and safety compliance.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
8. Manage cash transactions.
9. Maintain financial and inventory records.
Skills, experience and qualifications requirements:
