Peopleplustech is urgently looking for Spanish/Portuguese Speaking-Order to Cash Analyst (Remote)

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the finance team to execute Order-To-Cash (OTC) functions efficiently.
• Perform tasks related to General Ledger, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) as required.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions and reporting.
• Adapt to and operate within the SAP to HANA transition environment.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding of the HANA system.
• Contribute insights and recommendations to streamline finance operations in alignment with the new platform


Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• Previous experience in finance roles involving General Ledger, AR, or AP functions (e.g., P2P, O2C).
• Proficiency in SAP system operations, with knowledge of HANA being advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial processes.
• Ability to adapt to change and learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
