About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Offline Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our company's offline marketing strategies. Your main goal will be to enhance our brand presence and impact in traditional media channels while ensuring the effective use of financial resources. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of £25K/yr- £35K/yr reflecting the candidate's experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies focused on traditional media channels such as TV, radio, outdoor advertising (OOH), and print.
Plan and manage local marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the company's overall marketing goals and brand image.
Lead event planning activities, including trade shows, corporate events, and community outreach programs.
Engage in B2B marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
Oversee public relations efforts to enhance the company's public image and media presence.
Handle media planning and buying, negotiating with vendors and ensuring optimal placement and rates for advertisements.
Manage and work within allocated budgets, optimizing the use of financial resources for maximum marketing impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to marketing.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
Remain informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in offline marketing, with a proven track record in traditional media channels.
Strong expertise in event planning, B2B marketing, PR, and media planning.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with a knack for data-driven decision making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
Creative thinker with a flair for developing innovative marketing strategies.
