We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute effective sales and marketing initiatives to boost our revenue and brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and marketing, a keen understanding of the digital landscape, and a passion for the imaging industry.

Sales Development:
Craft and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities and market segments.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners.
Monitor sales metrics and refine tactics to meet and exceed sales targets.
Marketing Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels.
Manage social media presence and content marketing efforts.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
Create compelling marketing materials and oversee their distribution.
Performance Analysis:
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to improve strategy and optimize performance.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to the management team.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product offerings.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to support marketing activities.
Work with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Customer Engagement:
Develop initiatives to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
Manage feedback mechanisms and address customer concerns promptly.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the imaging or technology sectors.
Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
