SITE INSPECTOR position
Part Time / Independent Contractor / 1099 Position / create your own schedule

CES is looking for reliable, detail-oriented people to visit healthcare facilities to collect data used to establish a company’s compliance with federal regulations. This work is conducted on a part-time, case-volume basis. Site Inspectors help collect information on medical providers and suppliers to determine if the business is operational, meaning the provider has a location and is open to the public for the purpose of providing healthcare related services at the address given.

Job duties include:
• Driving to multiple locations
• Completing a survey form
• Taking GPS enabled photographs with a cellular device
• Uploading survey and pictures online
Candidates must have the following:
• Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Camera phone (Smart phone with geo-location abilities)
• Personal computer or tablet with high-speed internet access
• Attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strict adherence to deadlines

A basic site visit takes from 5 to 15 minutes depending on the ease of accessing the location and does not require contact with personnel at the location. For detailed visits, typically an independent diagnostic lab facility, it is required to make contact with personnel in the location and a visit takes about 30 minutes. Depending on case volume, multiple site visits can be done in a single day. CES does not pay any transportation costs to get to and from any of the locations. At a minimum, Inspectors are expected to cover a 50-mile radius. Payment is made per successful site visit. Personnel applying for the positions must pass a background check and complete an online training program prior to being assigned to inspections. This is PART TIME independent contractor work (1099). The inspections are to be conducted during business hours (Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00pm), and generally within a 50-mile radius. No lunch break hour site visits from 12:00-1:00 pm are permitted. Site visits are unannounced, meaning you do not need to schedule these with the site, and you may complete these on your flexible time, within Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
There are a few types of inspections. Examples: Observational, and Detailed (also IDTF). As an example, with Observational Site Verification Surveys, you are confirming that the business name(s) listed in the job order details is open and operational at the address in the job order details etc.


Observational Site Visit: $41.00
Detailed Site Visit: $58.50-$61.00

We have no way of estimating the number of inspections you would be offered weekly or monthly. This varies from 0+. You’re paid through direct deposit. This position is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a flexible weekday schedule, while looking for supplemental income and part time work.
