Full-time Senior Sales Manager

at Hugo Consulting Services in California

Job responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for key customers to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
2. Deeply explore and understand customer needs, and provide professional panel solutions for customers.
3. Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with major clients, promptly resolve cooperation issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Analyze market dynamics and competitor situations, and provide suggestions for the company's products and sales strategies.
5. Regularly report work progress to superiors to ensure efficient execution of work.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. More than 10 years of sales work experience, including at least 5 years of experience in key account management.
3. Have a deep understanding of the panel market and be familiar with industry trends and trends.
4. Good English communication skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to establish good relationships with clients at different levels.
5. Successful sales cases or project experience.
