Full-time Channel Manager

at Hugo Consulting Services in Warminsko-Mazurskie

Job responsibilities:
• Build positive working relationships with channel partners to maximize product sales within customer base.
• Coordinate with partners to identify key sales opportunities to generate revenue.
• Achieving the sales targets, including the ST and SO targets.
• Manage daily sales activities with partners to achieve revenue objectives; Resolve partner related issues and sales conflicts in a timely fashion.
• Develop partner specific sales and marketing plans to increase marketing and selling efforts.
• Coordinate with partners to develop joint marketing business plan to mutually agree with business objectives.
• Perform business reviews and recommend improvements.
• Manage sales activities and maintain sales records and reports, analyzing the PSI data.
• Create and collect account satisfaction survey.
• Cooperation to complete the retail mapping.

Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing/minimum 4-5 years of experience with channel account management and developing comprehensive sales plans.
• Excellent understanding of channel trade marketing and methodologies.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Proactive attitude, teamwork spirit.
• Familiar with office software - Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
• Fluent in English.
• Team player, ability work under stress.
• Never give-up mentality.

Annual salary is 69,000-110,000 USD.
