Duties:
-Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of the store.
-Monitor stock levels and order new supplies as needed
-Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
-Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to meet targets.
-Implement marketing strategies and in-store promotions.
-Ensure the safety and security of customers, staff, and inventory.
