Duties:
The Manager is crucial in overseeing the store's daily operations. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring an excellent customer experience through effective team leadership. The Manager sets and monitors sales targets, collaborates with marketing teams for promotional activities, and manages the store's budget. Additional duties involve ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, implementing security measures, and maintaining a safe working environment.
