Position Details:
Title: Remote Customer Support Representative
Location: USA (only for residents)
Pay: $15 - $19 per hour, depending on experience and performance
Hours: Full-time, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (rotational shifts)
Payments: Bi-weekly
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Currently residing in the USA
Proven experience as a Customer Support Representative or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working with computers and various software tools (experience with CRM systems is a plus)
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
