JOB OBJECTIVES
Business Development Officer are the field personnel who will conduct pre-operational process of Franchise location. They are responsible on ocular inspections to check visibility, feasibility and requirements of locations. They will create assessment to Franchisee's proposed location by checking target markets, measurements, and competitions. Also, they are required to saturate feasible areas to establish the franchise concepts gaining incentives.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. To provide a customer-oriented service to company’s franchisee, client and partners.
2. Authorize in giving final assessment of the Franchisee’s proposed location under strict implementation to franchise agreement upon conducting ocular inspection.
3. In charge to perform visitations and informing ocular results.
4. To provide Site Assistance Service to those franchisees without location with rights to receive incentives.
5. To document, coordinate and process all complaint and requests

SPECIFIC DUTIES
1. To process daily itinerary, work order form and liquidation form
2. To directly coordinate with franchisee on the scheduled ocular of BDD Admin.
3. In charge with measuring the floor area and make sure that all items and equipment to be used will fit the location
4. To discuss with franchisee during ocular the following: foot market, List of Improvements and other area’s requirements)
5. Responsible for the final assessment and approval of location
6. To directly coordinate with the franchisee regarding the location and List of Improvement.
7. To proposed locations to check target markets and direct and indirect competitors.
8. To submit reports like Location Study Form, area measurements and pictures of proposed location.
9. Update and Check Trello accounts regarding ocular activities and remarks
10. To process List of improvement (LOI) as per request by their franchisee documented by BDD admins and heads.
11. Responsible for phone calls to take and log inquiries and concern daily.
