Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Indiranagar Bangalore, India

Salary Range: INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time, 6 days a week, 8 hours a day (in-office)

Responsibilities:

Craft and execute robust digital marketing strategies to elevate clients' online presence and foster business expansion.
Take charge of end-to-end management of digital advertising campaigns on key platforms such as Facebook and Google, ensuring seamless setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
Dive deep into keyword research, adeptly create compelling ad copies, and meticulously target audiences to amplify campaign impact.
Keep a vigilant eye on campaign performance metrics, diligently analyzing data to derive actionable insights and refine strategies for optimal results.
Collaborate closely with our creative team to conceive captivating ad creatives and high-converting landing pages.
Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and emerging best practices, continuously enhancing our strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Foster effective communication channels with clients, understanding their objectives, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
Requirements:

Demonstrable experience (1-2 years) in the digital marketing domain, with a pronounced focus on steering Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to success.
Possess sharp analytical acumen, capable of extracting meaningful insights from data and translating them into actionable strategies.
Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, adept at fostering collaborative relationships both internally and with clients.
Proficiency in a suite of digital marketing tools and platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field would be advantageous.
Residency in Bangalore is mandatory, with a firm commitment to working full-time in-office. Remote work arrangements are not available for this role.
