Passionate Early Years Practitioner Wanted
Are you a qualified Early Years Practitioner with a passion for nurturing young minds?
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum, with excellent opportunities for further training and career development, paid holidays, and comprehensive company benefits.
Role Overview:
Join our dynamic team to work closely with young children, creating and delivering engaging and educational activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role will involve a variety of interactive and fulfilling tasks:
- Engagement through Play: Engage with children through interactive games and activities designed to stimulate their physical, cognitive, and emotional development. This will include a range of activities such as storytelling, creative arts, music sessions, and educational games that make learning fun and effective.
- Ensuring Safety and Well-Being: always Prioritising the safety and well-being of the children. This includes supervising play, conducting regular safety checks, maintaining a clean and secure environment, and adhering to all safeguarding policies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each child’s progress and development. This involves regular observations, assessments, and reports that are shared with parents and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to each child's education.
- Educational Outings: Plan and accompany children on educational outings that broaden their experiences and understanding of the world. These trips can include visits to theatres for interactive performances, nature reserves for outdoor learning and exploration, and art galleries to inspire creativity and cultural awareness.
