The minimum salary refers to the collective agreement for employees in the hotel and catering industry. However, depending on training, qualifications and professional experience, we are prepared to pay a significant amount over the minimum salary.

Your tasks
Check-in and check-out as well as all preparatory activities
Acceptance of individual reservations in English
Control of cash management and billing
Complaint management
Ensuring a smooth process at reception
Working early and late shifts.
Your profile:
BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
At least one to two years of professional experience as a front office agent, at a reception or at a reception is an advantage
Openness and warmth
Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, organizational talent
Very good language and writing skills in English
