Full-time Technical Support Engineer*2

at Ugreen in Washington

Job Responsibilities Description
1.Responsible for providing pre-sale and post-sale technical support for Ugreen NAS products, ensuring customer satisfaction and the image of Ugreen products.
2.Assist in communicating with users or channel distributors about products and technology;
3.Responsible for updating and maintaining the FAQ knowledge base for NAS product issues;
4.Provide pre-sales customer service training on NAS knowledge;
5.Participate in exhibitions, assisting marketing personnel with product demonstrations;
6.Collect user requirements, provide feedback to product operations, and promote product functionality improvement.
Qualifications for the Position
7.Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, software, or related fields, with more than one year of technical support/Linux system administration experience (outstanding graduates may also be considered);
8.Experience with servers, NAS, and other storage products is highly desirable;
9.Familiar with Linux systems, with experience in system administration on linux/unix platforms; understand network principles, and are familiar with common network and application protocols;
10.Proficient in the installation and use of virtual machines such as VMware, PVE, KVM, familiar with storage products, and understand the various models and principles of RAID;
11.Relevant IT technical certifications, such as RHCE, are preferred.
12.Strong execution and communication skills, able to quickly resolve user inquiries or seek internal help, adept at problem-solving, with a customer focus and sense of responsibility.
