EHS Specialist Safety Manager needs 5+ years’ with construction industry experience
EHS Specialist Safety Manager requires:
 A bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is typically required.
 Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) may be preferred.
 Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including OSHA.
 Experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and developing safety programs.
EHS Specialist Safety Manager duties:
 Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
 Responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive safety program that aligns with company policies and regulatory requirements.
 Developing safety guidelines, protocols, and training programs.
Conduct risk assessments: You will assess workplace environments and identify potential hazards or risks.
 Inspect equipment, facilities, and processes to ensure compliance with safety standards.
 Manage safety training and education
 Coordinate and deliver safety training programs to employees, contractors, and visitors.
 Conduct safety orientations, providing ongoing training, and promote a safety-conscious culture throughout the organization.
