Here is what you'll be responsible for:
Leads store operations and performance through store team members. Responsible for achieving Performance Metrics (People, Customer, Product Quality, Food Safety, Sales, and Profits) while living our company values and utilizing our Leadership Competencies. General Managers are expected to produce exemplary results in their store. Promotes the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
