Job Overview:
Aniday is currently seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our global BD team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in identifying and reaching out to potential clients to drive business growth, identify and engage with potential partners . Your responsibilities will include conducting market research and analyzing client recruitment needs.

Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Identification: Seek out new business and revenue opportunities through local and regional market analyses.
- Pipeline Management: Develop, steer, and manage the new business opportunity pipeline.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with potential partners, relevant authorities, industry stakeholders, and decision-makers to deliver on new business opportunities
- Others: Assigned by CEO

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in Partnership Development/ Business Development or related experience.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
