Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor- LISAC

at Jobisite in Arizona

WGA, Inc. is currently seeking a LISAC to perform licensed clinical activities for clients. The incumbent conducts assessments, performs diagnoses, and evaluations, provides direct counseling/therapy and crisis intervention, and writes treatment plans.
The incumbent may be required to utilize an array of service treatment models within a multidisciplinary team of providers to build a plan to help the consumer achieve balance and wellness in their life.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field and two (2) years of supervised clinical experience.
Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, treatment planning, and interventions in various settings and modalities, as well as superior clinical supervision knowledge/skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as professional facilitation skills
Digital Skills utilizing Windows, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Electronic Health Record Software.
Current LCSW, LISAC, LPC or LMFT credentials in the state of Arizona;
Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona Drivers License.

Responsibilities:
Provide Clinical Oversight for all Clinical Team Members
Collaborate with the clinical team to provide support and quality care for each client.
Creating and maintaining a safe, comfortable, and client-focused treatment environment
Adherence to facility policy and procedures, State & Federal laws
Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere strictly to confidentiality requirements.
Ensure staff are in compliance with documentation requirements
Review group progress notes, monthly reports, client assessments and intake paperwork, and treatment plan development
Review employee Incident Reports and discuss concerns with staff as needed
Provide direct services to clients with weekly group sessions for domestic violence, DUI, and Substance Abuse
Conduct screenings and assessments for DUI, Domestic Violence, and anger management services
