Requirements:
Frequent travelers who organize themselves completely independently, developing a travel route.
Oral and written knowledge of French at an advanced level. A high level of English is also required and knowledge of Danish is desirable.
Excellent knowledges of MS Office.
Excellent communication skills, with a polite and clear manner.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities include:
Development and preparation of new trips to Belgium, France, the Netherlands in combination with on-site research trips.
Providing advice to our clients before and after travel.
Preparing booking and travel documents, quotes and other materials.
Communicating with hotels, bookings, airlines, charter transport companies, local travel assistance agencies.
Organizing events for clients.
