Full-time Account Officer

1. Maintain financial records: Recording and organizing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
2. Prepare financial statements: Generating regular reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
3. Manage accounts payable and receivable: Overseeing the timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
4. Conduct financial analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
5. Assist with budgeting and forecasting: Collaborating with management to develop budgets and forecast financial performance.
6. Ensure compliance: Monitoring regulatory requirements and internal controls to ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
7. Assist with audits: Providing support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation and addressing auditor inquiries.
8. Perform reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements, accounts, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
9. Provide financial advice: Offering guidance to management on financial matters, such as cost reduction strategies and investment decisions.
10. Support financial reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial reports for stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory agencies.
