Full-time Sales Rep in US (BPO) remote

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our outsourcing services to businesses looking to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of outsourcing solutions, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
● The main focus of this position is developing prospects through referral network nurturing, expos and conferences, partner channel development, and other programs.
● You will be required to have a deeper conversation with prospects to overcome objections and, in most cases, set an appointment to gain deals for outsourcing company services.
● Prepare presentation for RFP, and engage in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations
● Present, promote, and sell services of the BPO industry using solid arguments to prospective clients
● Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the B2B infrastructure
● Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
Requirements and skills:
● Proven 5+ years experience as a Sales Representative, experience in BPO, outsourcing sales and/ or Accounting, and Finance sales services will be a plus
● Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
● Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
● Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
● Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
● Willing to travel with regards to clientÂ’s appointments, and companyÂ’s schedule of conferences and expos.
