Duties and Responsibilities:

 Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.

 Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting

expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

 Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

 Manage work volumes of Sales personnel

 Manage Client list and assign based on personal performance

 Ensure the compliance of sales personnel to relevant sales metrics such as retention, conversion and upselling

 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;

establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


 At least 8 years of relevant work experience in sales

 At least 3 years managerial capacity in sales

 Superior English communication skills

 Must have formally trained in sales

 Proven track record of leading high performing teams
