We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clients. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting wholesale sales and forging strong relationships with clients.



Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Finding and following new sales leads

Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Prepare sales Contact ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople (Build Own Team. Optional)



Requirements:



Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

Proven sales track record Experience in customer support is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

Proficiency in English

Market knowledge

Communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build relationships

Time management and planning skills

BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field



Business Development Manager Skills and Qualifications:



Presentation/Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Self-motivated and self-directed, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism

Salary & Benefits:Basic Salary.



Starter: $57,000 (up to)

Experienced: $60,000 to $120,000

Highly Experienced: $120,000 (start from)



Extra Bonuses:Basic work terms for our Partners:



1, 3 and 5-years Wholesales Purchasing Contracts with Monthly Cycle Orders.

We provide monthly Bonus from every Order, placed by your Buyers.Bonuses Level:

All Contracts you get in 1st Month: 15% of Total Purchasing Contracts Amount per every order

All Contracts you get after 1st Month: 10% of Total Purchasing Contracts Amount per every order



Example of Calculations:



Our Product suitable for everyone and everywhere.

MOQ is 3000 items. Min wholesale price is $9/Item.

(Recommended Price for last client is 23 Euro - for Europe. To be our Partner-profitable) $9 x 3,000 items = $27,000 x 15% = $4,050 - is Your Monthly Bonus during 1 year (at least).

Average volumes we loading: 10,000-35,000 items per order

Maximum volume we loaded: 217,000 items.
