QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal Credit Sales Consultant will have:
• High level of professionalism and strong desire to succeed
• Comfort working with customers in a high-volume call center environment
• Experience listening to resolve customer challenges and issues to increase overall sales
• Excellent communication, problem solving, time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Stable, relevant work history (at least 1 year of customer representative experience preferred but not required)
Must be up to 18 years old
*Speak Good English

*SUMMARY

Must be able to maintain a professional company image through phone and email interaction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
