Role Description: *
Work as the system administrator of Hyperion 11.1.2, responsible for
installing and configuring all components of the Hyperion 11.1.2 product
including Essbase, ODI, and Weblogic in a Windows and Unix environment.
Provide monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting assistance to other
technical resources working with Hyperion.

Responsibilities: *
Ensure that all components of all environments are available for use and
functioning properly.
Ensure that performance is acceptable for production roll-out.
Work with Oracle Support on SRs on any issues, analyze and apply any
patches or upgrades required by Oracle.
Ensure that an automated code migration process is in place
Develop the detailed plan for production roll-out.

Key Activities:
Provide troubleshooting and tuning advice to developers working with ODI
and Essbase.
Provide business hours and off-hours technical support, including
restarting system processes, troubleshooting issues, and working with
Oracle Support.
Work with other TEC resources to implement the code migration process in
PPM
Work within the project timeline to ensure that *Hyperion is delivered
on-time
Work with the client service center to ensure that the Hyperion system is
monitored
Assist in planning the upgrade from Hyperion 9 to Hyperion11.
Plan and participate in the production roll-out of Hyperion 11.

Skills and Knowledge: *
Extensive technical knowledge of all facets of *Hyperion v11 including
ODI, Essbase, and Weblogic.
Experienced in providing technical support to development teams
Experience working SRs with Oracle Support.
Expertise with system application maintenance, including applying Patches
and Upgrades
Problem solving skills
Project management skills
