•Experience with transactional systems (IBM Message Broker, FTP) – no exceptions

. Actively work with customers and IT to gather and document functional and system requirements

• Write detailed technical specifications and support documentation for engineers to follow.

• Perform system analysis

• Facilitate test planning, execution and user testing.

• Facilitate meetings and document outcome.

• Develop and perform formal presentations when required.

• Understand IT processes and work within designated guidelines

• Provide customer service in an advisory role.

• Develop user training for engineers.

• Troubleshoot application problems and propose optimal resolutions.

• Provide on-call support as required (may require evening and weekend work).

• Provide best practices and application knowledge mentorship
