MANDATORY EXPERIENCE:

CANDIDATES NOT MEETING ALL OF THE MANDATORY EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS BELOW WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION:

Eight (8) years experience supporting IT systems.

Four (4) years experience with Websphere MQ Series administration including software installation, channel setup, queue maintenance, and overall system trouble-shooting

Two (2) years experience with Websphere Message Broker administration and support, including installation, configuration, message flow deployments and troubleshooting.

Three (3) years experience working in UNIX.

The ability to write procedures and other documentation. A sample of previous work is required.

Candidate must be able to work well as a team member.

ASSOCIATED SKILL SETS:

Candidates must also have three (3) of the preferred skilled sets listed below. Accordingly, candidates not meeting the supporting experiential specifications below will not be considered for the position.

1. One (1) year experience developing Message Flows for Websphere Message Broker.

2. Three (3) years experience administering Websphere Application Server.

3. Knowledge of J2EE.

4. Administrative experience with Websphere Portal.

5. Knowledge of TCP/IP to assist with troubleshooting MQ problems.

6. Experience with server clustering technology (HACMP) in a clustered MB environment.
