- Around 7-8 yrs of experiences & should have led a large program as Test lead / program lead.



- Need to Co-ordinate with different teams



- Understanding program requirements



- Responsible for



1. Creation of Program Master Test Plan



2. Co-ordinate & monitor different teams during Test Design & Test execution



3. Defect Management





- Very good Communication skills





- POS experience will be an added advantage
