The Field Sales Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of Account, Territory and Specialized Sales and Sales Support resources involved in obtaining their assigned team sold quota and revenue growth objectives. The incumbent is expected to ensure sales methods, approaches, and account development strategies are formulated and executed to capitalize on district revenue opportunities and customer retention requirements. This is a developmental position for sales representatives and associate managers who desire to progress into sales management while continuing personal sales. It carries a team quota plus a personal sales target of $405,000.
