Description:

Minimum 4 years of exp in PeopleSoft Talent Management modules
* Overall 2+ year experience in PeopleSoft 9.1 Upgrade and/or Talent *
Management* implementation (eProfiles, ePerformance, Recruitment, Career and
Succession Planning)
* 4+ years in PS 8.9 and 9.0
* Functional knowledge of HR Talent Management processes
* At least 1 full PS HCM life cycle implementations
* Knowledge of SDLC and PeopleSoft implementation methodology
* Good communication and consulting skills.
