TRG Customer Solutions is looking for Sales Representatives in an Outbound Call Center environment for one of its reputed clients to establish a new division of our customer service center in Bend, OR.

Position Description
The calls made are outbound sales. As an Outbound Sales Associate, this position is accountable for proactively calling existing customers to sell additional products. Overtime may be required at times and Associates schedules modified as needed in order to meet operational needs. 100% attendance is mandatory during the four day, 8 hour per day training due to the high volume of information being delivered.

Scheduling
Training: 7am – 3:3O pm beginning Mon, July 25th, 2011 (4 days training module & 100% attendance is mandatory)

Working Hours: 6am – 8pm Mon to Sat (Candidates must be flexible with their schedules, as the shift may change to meet the business needs of the client)

Compensation
We offer:
 Competitive paid training $8.50/hr </br>&#61607; Competitive salary in production $9.15/hr
