Full-time Front Office Coordinator / Customer Service & Sales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team at LINE-X of St. Petersburg. This dynamic role will serve as the first point of contact for all customers, providing outstanding service both in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, assisting with sales, and supporting marketing efforts to ensure the growth and success of our business. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Front Desk Operations:

Greet walk-in customers with a friendly, professional attitude and assist them with their needs, providing information on LINE-X products and services.
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and schedule appointments for spray-on bed liners, accessories, and other products.
Provide customers with product knowledge, process sales orders, and ensure accurate customer records are maintained.
Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Sales & Marketing Support:

Assist with upselling LINE-X products and services to customers, including additional automotive accessories or protective coatings.
Maintain knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively promote them to both new and returning customers.
Support sales campaigns and promotional offers to drive customer interest and engagement.
Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, such as flyers, social media posts, and email newsletters, to promote our brand and services.
Booking & Scheduling:

Manage appointments for in-store and mobile services, ensuring a smooth schedule and timely service delivery.
Communicate effectively with technicians and service teams to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Administrative Duties:

Process customer payments and handle invoicing accurately.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales leads.
Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary to keep the office running smoothly.
General Office Support:

Support the overall operation of the business, ensuring the front office is tidy, organized, and welcoming for customers.
Perform additional administrative tasks as required by the management team.
Collaboration & Team Support:

Work closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction, smooth operations, and that all tasks are completed efficiently.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that boost brand awareness and drive traffic to the store.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous customer service experience in a retail or office environment is preferred.
Sales experience, especially in automotive or service industries, is a plus.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms is a plus.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations in a professional and friendly manner.
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.) and customer management systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
